		<description><![CDATA[There are three different courses you can choose from, so the ride can really be whatever kind of ride you are looking for.  The ride is flat with very little amount of hills.  The 12 mile  &quot;Lock 14&quot; course is the least challenging and is great for people who are less serious about cycling.  The other courses are all on paved roads, and are great for someone who is looking for a little more distance,  but not a lot of incline.]]></description>
